For 24 years, Dustin has provided leadership and and technical guidance for the identification, planning and execution of engineering, R&D, and quality programs consistent with sound engineering at Copperweld Bimetallics. His expertise in bimetallics has led to significant involvement with international standard associations, including development of several new bimetallic industry standards. Dustin is the co-author of multiple technical publications. He served as the ASTM Subcommittee Chair for Composite Conductors from 2003 to 2010. He is currently in his sixth year as the ASTM Chairman for the Electrical Conductors Committee.

From 1996 till 1999, Dustin worked for Belden Wire and Cable in Richmond, IN as a Manufacturing Engineer. He earned a Mechanical Engineering degree in 1996 from Purdue University.
